We handle everything from legal and tenant matters to financial oversight and property maintenance, ensuring a seamless and worry-free rental experience.

Rent out fee: 1 month rent + management fee of a % of the month rent

Under € 1000 / a month

For rental properties under €1000 per month, our management fee is 10% of the rental price. We ensure a seamless and worry-free rental experience, handling everything professionally and efficiently.

Between € 1000 – € 2000 / a month

For rental properties between €1000 and €2000 per month, our management fee is 7.5% of the rental price. We provide professional and efficient management, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free rental experience.

Over € 2000 / a month

For rental properties over €2000 per month, our management fee is 5% of the rental price. We offer professional and efficient management, ensuring a seamless and worry-free rental experience.
